Detailed description of Gene Pray Memorial Golf Course
Gene Pray Memorial Golf Course is a Public, 9 hole golf course located in El Dorado Springs, Missouri, at the end of West Fields Ext.
Gene Pray Memorial Golf Course first opened for play in 1980.
The fairways that are for the most part wide open. The greens are on the small side, some are elevated. Water hazards come into play on four holes. #3 is a 404-yard, par 4, with a dogleg right fairway and an elevated green that is seventy-five feet long and thirty feet wide. #8, a 340-yard, par 4, features two lateral water hazards and your second shot is a blind uphill approach to an elevated green.
Green fees are $9.00 per day Monday-Friday; $12.00 on Saturday, Sunday and holidays (2012 prices).

Red tees: par-39, 3,196 yards, 75.8 / 128

I love this course. The course is fair. by fair I mean no hidden surprises off the tee. If there is trouble to avoid you can see it. The length I thought was perfect. no crazy long holes. The greens are small but mostly flat and the putts roll pure, green are in excellent shape. Looking forward to playing it again.
